Refund policy

     Thank you for checking out our website! I hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Here at Pleatz Miami we want to ensure that all of our clients are able to obtain the highest quality garments. Due to our obsession with enforcing high standards we do not accept returns or process refunds**. However being that we pride ourselves on the fit of our garments we do allow for one size exchange exclusively on our ready to wear merchandise (see requirements below). Since our custom garments are made one by one, and hand sewn to fit our customers specific size, height & shape; custom orders are not eligible for return, refund, cancellation or exchange. No exceptions.** We appreciate your support and understanding in our mission to give you the best. You deserve it! (see below for further details)

EXCHANGE POLICY

We only accept size exchanges. One-time size exchanges are possible within 14 days from the date you received your order.
        1. Exchanges can be made for up to 14 days from the date you received your order. (ready to wear only)
        2. All items must be in their original condition meaning Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
        3. Please pack your items along with the order number. 
        4. You are allowed to exchange one time only, so please ensure to order the correct size.
        5. You will have to pay the return shipping,* but we will cover the shipping cost for the new item.
        6. Before mailing the item back, email us with your order number and a request for the accurate size to exchange@pleatzmiami.co 
        7. Once we receive your exchange request we will pull the correct sized item from our inventory and give you confirmation to ship your order. As stated above it is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping.
        8. After we receive your item please allow 72 hours for Pleatz Miami to process, ship and supply tracking number on the exchanged item. 

Sale Items, Accessories and Gift Cards

Sale items and Gift Cards are FINAL SALE meaning no refunds or exchanges.
